===== Subscriptions =====

The first section has three tables where number of subscribers and income are noted.  Income is nominal, based only on the relative fee. Real income is different, because of discounts, refunds and errors. The second section has one balance table per subscription fee band (numbered 1 to 9) where all offsets from the nominal income is listed.

Regular days are all days except the 4-5 August weekend
  - One regular day: 25€, on site 35€, no reductions
  - Two or three regular days: same fee as weekend
  - Four or five regular days: midway between we and 1w+we fees
  - One weekend day: same fee as weekend; can be summed to above fees
